SHIPPING
At POOLALARMS.COM, we've been shipping pool products for 14 years,
and have always come through for our customers. We ship our products from our
Mid-Atlantic headquarters, just inside the beltway, in the Washington DC area.
Freight charges are added automatically by our shopping cart. Our minimum
freight charge is $7.71. Most of our items ship UPS Ground for this
amount. Faster shipping options will usually compute higher freight costs. These
calculations are done "On the Fly" using UPS Quick Cost Calculators. We do not
mark up the charges for UPS delivery.
Shipping To PO Box
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will utilize the USPS for PO Boxes.
Minimum USPS charges are $9.75. We will determine shipment cost for USPS service on a case
by case basis.
Shipping To Alaska
Customer can select either UPS 2nd Day Air service, or USPS Priority Mail. We
will provide a Fast, Free freight quote
for you by email. UPS is faster, trackable and a bit more reliable, but also more
expensive.
Shipping To Hawaii
Customer can select either UPS 2nd Day Air service, or USPS
Priority Mail. We will provide a Fast, Free freight quote for you by email. UPS is faster,
trackable and a bit more reliable, but also more expensive.

Items will ship USPS Priority Mail. We will
provide a Fast, Free freight quote for
you by email.
Shipping To
Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
Customer can select either UPS 2nd Day Air service, or USPS Priority Mail. We will provide
a Fast, Free freight quote for you by
email. UPS is faster, trackable and a bit more reliable, but also more expensive.
Shipping To Canada
UPS Ground service is used to Canada.
Poolalarms.com will report the actual value of the merchandise on a Customs Form, and any
applicable Taxes, Duties or Charges due are the responsibility of the purchaser. If
product is thusly refused, purchaser pays freight both ways.
Worldwide Shipping
Poolalarms.com can ship items to just about any
physical location on the globe.
For a Fast, Free Freight estimate, please Contact Us! Please provide your
full physical address, (not just the country). Also indicate the speed in which you need
the item(s), i.e. 1 week, 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks. Also indicate the electrical
requirements, where applicable, i.e. European Standard, 50hz. Please note that we cannot
insure or guarantee delivery on any shipment made outside of the continental United
States.
