RETURNS / GUARANTEES

All of our pool safety products at poolalarms.com carry the full factory warranty, from the original manufacturer. Poolalarms.com makes no warranty on the products it sells. We will gladly assist you to make contact with the manufacturer, if you need.

Any of our products may be returned, within 30 DAYS of delivery date. To receive a full refund, item must not have been used or tested. All documents, manuals and accessory parts must be included, and the box must be in good condition. Items damaged during use, neglect or shipment cannot be issued refunds. Items damaged electrically cannot be returned.

Cost of Freight and Insurance to return an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

To return an item, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # is required. Items received without RA#'s will be refused. It's really simple and quick. To receive your RA#, click here.
