- Manufacturer warrants that the Cantar
In-Ground Removable Fencing is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five
(5) years.
- This warranty extends to the original
purchaser of the Cantar In-Ground Removable Fencing, and is non-transferable.
- This warranty covers netting, poles,
anchors, hardware and fasteners.
- In the event of a defect, malfunction,
or other failure of the product not caused by any misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or
damage to the product while in possession of the consumer, Cantar will replace or repair the
failure or defect at no charge to the customer. This remedy shall constitute the sole obligation
of Cantar, and consequential damages suffered as a result of product failure are not covered by
this warranty.
